Services are provided by Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN). Intake evaluations include head-to-toe assessments which can be brief or complex, depending on each individual patient’s needs, clinical findings and physician’s orders. The visit will include patient/caregiver teaching about diseases, processes, and treatments. Our skilled nurses may also perform tasks, such as taking samples for lab test(s), wound dressing changes, incision care, medication management including dose administration identifying possible side effects, purpose and desired results, Foley catheter insertion and changes, ostomy teaching/management, and more.
